Founded by Erin Bailey who has built and managed influencer programs for brands including ASICS, Hydrow, EveryBodyFights by George Foreman III and beam. At the same time she built her own personal creator brand spanning running, lifestyle, wellness and inspiration working with brands including Adidas, ASICS, and Hyperice.

Erin has the unique experience of working in the creator economy from both sides: as the brand sourcing creators, and as a creator herself partnering with brands. Because of this she’s built an agency that understands the budgets and needs of brands, the powerful relationship a creator holds with their community, and how to bridge the two in mutually beneficial relationships.
